Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive payroll management across multiple systems, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance
Provide dedicated consulting hours (minimum 2 hours weekly) for client support, employee inquiries, and internal HR team collaboration, with flexibility for additional hours based on client needs
Apply expertise in payroll, accounting, and HR practices to ensure compliance and risk management
Partner with HR Consultants to develop and implement solutions for complex payroll challenges
Foster strong relationships with clients and team members through professional communication and exceptional service

Required
Proven expertise with 5 years in payroll management
3-5 years of specialized experience in accounting and payroll compliance
Demonstrated track record of 5+ years in HR operations
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, with ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels
Superior organizational abilities, strategic problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in technology with enthusiasm for learning new systems
Commitment to professional excellence and genuine dedication to client success
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, supportive remote work environment
Ability to begin training on or before January 3rd, 2025
