Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Review and resolve exceptions across all pay cycles. Manage employee transactions such as new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and special checks. Provide support to staff with payroll-related inquiries and assist with transaction processing.
General Ledger: Apply your practical knowledge of accounting activities and journal entries related to payroll, including month-end and year-end close tasks.
Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Payroll, Operations, HR, and Relocation teams to ensure accurate payroll data transmission and handle related inquiries. Engage daily with stakeholders and Employee Service Center representatives to maintain smooth operations.
Teamwork & Efficiency: Learn quickly, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively to ensure all payroll deadlines—daily, weekly, and monthly—are met on time.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our employees, management, and staff, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to all payroll-related queries.
Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Required
