Responsibilities

Implement accounts for all Fingercheck products

Be the primary onboarding contact and project manager for new accounts

Ownership of the account communication for all aspects of implementation

Proactively communicate and guide clients through implementation

Monitor and quickly move new accounts through the onboarding queue, engaging other departments as needed, and resolving automation errors promptly

Fully onboard business owners and their employees

Respond to incoming emails, calls and implementation support requests from clients promptly

Proactively set up system training meetings and end-user support

Assist with account configuration in order to support client needs and business processes

Review proper tax documents and payroll data

Meet SLA’s, adhering to a strict timeline to ensure there are no payroll delays

Other duties as assigned
