Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the payroll department.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 160 clients.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
Manage and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
Supervise and train payroll staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll integration.
Lead by example, exhibiting the company’s core values.

Required
5+ years of experience in payroll management.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, preferably UKG and MPay.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
Various systems application knowledge including UKG and MPay, Excel, etc.
A leader with a good sense of humor coupled with self and audience awareness.
