Responsibilities

The Payroll Specialist will process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Handle payroll tax reporting and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues

Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information and payroll data

Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities

Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processing

The Payroll Specialist will conduct regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy

Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes
