Responsibilities

Gather, input and audit payroll data to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for US employees.

Ensure timesheets are approved by supervisors in a timely fashion and that timesheet data is processed accurately.

Act as first-point of contact for all employee payroll related questions.

Prepare off cycle checks (terminations, etc.)

Process withholding orders, unemployment wage claims and other requests for information.

Assist with monthly and quarterly payroll reconciliations.

Partner with Benefits team members to ensure payroll deductions are processed as needed.

Participate in process improvement projects.

Troubleshoot issues or discrepancies.

Collaborate with other teams including People, Accounting, Treasury, etc.

Maintain payroll records.

Other duties and projects as assigned.
