Required

Expertise in UKG Dimensions (Kronos WFM)

Experience supporting BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations for payroll systems

Strong troubleshooting and triaging skills for payroll-related issues

Experience collaborating with third-party vendors

Must have UKG Workforce Dimensions experience (Workforce Central alone is not sufficient)

Strong troubleshooting and vendor collaboration skills

Open to candidates with a BSA background or equivalent Kronos/UKG systems experience

Industry-specific experience is not required; relevant platform expertise is prioritized

Preferred

Familiarity with Workday (Absence Module & Payroll Technology)
