Responsibilities
Applies adult learning concepts when delivering educational programs
Teaches classes and assists other instructors in classroom and work settings
Utilizes available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes
Assists in performing an annual education needs assessment as input to the strategic education program
Utilizes a training database to track the competencies and skills of SSC staff
Provides training reports to SSC managers and directors
Practices and adheres to the 'Code of Conduct' philosophy and 'Mission and Value Statement'
Other duties as assigned

Required

Associate’s Degree required
