PBM Proposal Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities
Provide claims files and draft a client ready email upon request
Complete data requests including claims summary, pricing terms, exclusions, etc.
Support client retention efforts for at-risk clients
Collaborate with the Proposal, Deal Governance and Account Management teams
Prepare for and attend all RFP kick-off calls as the pricing Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Clearly communicate milestones and deliverables to all interested parties
Complete accurate RFP pricing responses within specified timelines for on-time delivery
Apply the appropriate pricing terms for each current account; understanding the options and implications for each PBM offered including formulary, retail and specialty networks, maintenance and Clinical program selections, fees, plan tier structure, member size, drug utilization, and government regulations
Provide formulary and network disruption reports
Complete all repricing analyses inclusive of financial guarantees, specialty designations, rebate eligibility, and utilization trends
Serve as the primary point-person for pricing and communicate technical subjects clearly and concisely
Assist in enhancing and maintaining standard proposal responses, trackers, templates and libraries
Maintain flexibility with changing PBM drug lists and the effects this has on guarantees, formulary tier changes, specialty designations, and LDD designations
Understand relevant market, industry, and competitive information
Maintain the highest standard of quality for all company materials

Required
1-3 years PBM or Health industry experience required
Process oriented with the ability to maintain project timelines and stakeholder engagement
Strong analytical, communication and organization skills
Advanced MS Excel user (pivot tables, etc.)
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
Preferred
PBM pricing and RFP experience preferred
SalesForce experience preferred
Experience using SAS software is preferred
