We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications that support critical business processes.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that Pega solutions align with business needs and objectives.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in Pega platform implementation.

Proven experience as a Pega Business Architect with 2+ years in a lead role.

Pega Lead Business Architect (PLBA) certification is required

In-depth understanding of Pega BPM and CRM applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience in creating and managing business process models, rules, and data models.

Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving consensus.

Familiarity with integration patterns, web services, and APIs within the Pega ecosystem.

Preferred

Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance.
