Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to leaders in Corporate Functions, aligning people strategies with business goals.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and succession planning.
Key peer mentor to a team of People Business Partners and HR professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on workplace issues and fostering a culture of trust and inclusion.
Lead efforts to assess and enhance employee engagement, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategies.
Design and implement enterprise-wide talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Serve as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience
Ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional strategic thinking and decision making skills
Proven ability to manage and mentor and guide HR professionals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state HR operations
Strong understanding of organizational development and change management
Preferred
5+ years in lead business partner roles preferred
