Responsibilities
Support People Business Partners in various areas:
Data entry and management in Workday
Preparation of reports and metrics
On and offboarding processes
Internal transfers
Document preparation
Engagement initiatives
Exit interviews
Manage contingent worker process for North America and LATAM
Handle North America and LATAM employment verifications
Provide backup for new hire orientation
Ensure legal compliance with state and federal regulations and employment laws
Assist with employee handbook and organizational chart management
Contribute to policy development and updates
Support planning and execution of local events (offsites, QBRs, holiday parties)
Collaborate on People team projects and initiatives for continuous improvement
Partner with People Business Partners on employee engagement and retention strategies
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
5+ years work experience in a People Operations role
Keen attention to detail and passion for data hygiene and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ethics
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred), Google Suite and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
Knowledge of local and federal laws and regulations
Must be based in Pacific Time Zone
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field preferred
