Responsibilities
Own benefits administration and delivery (including health and pension) for our entities in the Americas, and collaborate with our Global Benefits Manager on yearly planning, open enrollment, and renewals.
Manage end-to-end leave administration for the Americas, manage the relationship with our vendor Cocoon, and consult on process and policy creation and upgrades.
Leverage your generalist skills to handle problems for employees and management about people-related topics like as benefits, leave, and global mobility, with a concentration on the Americas.
Analyze people data to develop insights, identify patterns, and suggest changes to programs and procedures.
Ensure timely and correct payroll processing for our organizations in the Americas, namely the US and Canada, in collaboration with our Payroll Manager.
Lead and improve our global mobility practices across the Americas; collaborate with our external immigration lawyers; oversee visa processes for new hires and internal transfers, partnering with our Talent and HRBP teams to ensure smooth transitions; manage immigration cases for renewals, extensions, and other visa-related work.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Functions to handle challenging situations and discover opportunities for improved service delivery.
Ensure compliance with the People team's policies, procedures, and local regulations
Support strategic people team efforts, such as annual salary reviews and new program rollouts, as needed.

Significant experience supporting people operations and program delivery in a developing, fast-paced, and occasionally confusing environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to execute solutions utilizing data-driven approaches.
Deep understanding and expertise independently executing employee benefit and leave programs and supporting payroll in the Americas.
Strong vendor management abilities with a track record of delivering accountability and outcomes
A global worldview.
Maturity and prudence while handling sensitive material.
