Responsibilities
Design and implement PeopleSoft application security models, including roles, permission lists, and user profiles.
Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity and protection.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align security configurations with business processes.
Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and compliance reviews for PeopleSoft applications.
Manage and troubleshoot application security-related issues and incidents.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA.
Provide guidance and training to teams on PeopleSoft security best practices.
Support system upgrades and patches while maintaining robust security.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Security Architect or in a similar role, with expertise in designing and managing PeopleSoft application security.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security architecture, including permission lists, roles, user profiles, and row-level security.
Experience with PeopleSoft tools and modules, including HR, Financials, and Campus Solutions (if applicable).
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and their impact on application security.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with PeopleSoft Development, Twilio, Two-factor authentication.
Preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) and integration with external authentication systems (e.g., SSO).
Certification in IT security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or related disciplines.
