Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications with an emphasis on Financial Aid, ensuring seamless integration with PeopleSoft Financials.
Apply SAE and SFP knowledge to configure, manage, and support supplier agreements, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance within the PeopleSoft Financials system.
Work with the business and technical teams to integrate PeopleSoft Financial Aid with PeopleSoft Financials, ensuring effective functionality across modules, including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Provide ongoing support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid and Financials modules, performing regular system updates, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly.
Work closely with functional teams, including functional leads in Financial Aid and Procurement, to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Provide functional leadership and guidance on best practices for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Financials implementation and enhancements.
Lead or participate in PeopleSoft implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Develop training materials and deliver training to users on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Financial Aid, and Financials functionalities, focusing on SAE and SFP processes. Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required
Minimum 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, including expertise in Financial Aid and Financials.
At least 1 year of experience working with Supplier Agreements Entry (SAE) and Sourcing and Procurement (SFP) modules.
Strong understanding of higher education processes and how PeopleSoft Campus Solutions supports student lifecycle management, including financial aid, student records, and campus community management.
Proven ability to work with functional and technical teams, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Functional leadership experience in a PeopleSoft environment, with the ability to lead teams, provide guidance, and collaborate on solution design.
Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, PeopleSoft Query, and other PeopleSoft development tools.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules, including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, implementations, and system integrations in a higher education setting.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications or other cloud-based financial solutions.
Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP).
