Responsibilities

Provide ERP software expertise to lead team members in the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP application software modules or database components.

Assist in conducting fit/gap analysis and evaluating design and process choices to make best practice decisions.

Identify customization, interface, report, and conversion requirements.

Coordinate testing efforts, participate in testing of solutions, and verify results.

Assist in creating and delivering end-user training and training materials.

Supervise lower-level staff, conduct interviews, hiring, mentoring, and counseling employees.

Participate in on-call rotation for timely system support.

Coordinate with other resources to resolve issues and assist with data mapping and validation.

Develop and maintain project plans, provide project status reports.

Participate in internal and external communications regarding business system implementation projects.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field and five (5) years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.

Experience in analysis and testing must have the ability to lead testing efforts.

5+ years Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions technical expertise.

Highly skilled in PeopleSoft development utilities like, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, XML Publisher, PS Query and SQR reporting, as well as Fluid page development.

Must possess good technical documentation skills (technical design, unit testing documentation).

Preferred

Experience in test automation and load testing is a plus.
