Responsibilities

Provide expertise gained from previous ERP implementations to lead team members in designing, configuring, and implementing ERP application software modules.

Evaluate design and process choices to make best practice decisions.

Identify customization, interface, report, and ad conversion requirements.

Coordinate testing efforts, participate in testing, and verify results of conversion efforts.

Assist in creating and delivering end-user training and training materials.

Provide initial post-implementation support to end-users on the production system.

Coordinate with other resources to identify, document, and resolve issues.

Develop and maintain project plans, provide project status reports.

Participate in 24 x 7 on-call rotation for system support.

Supervise lower-level staff, interview, hire, mentor, and counsel employees.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field and five (5) years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.

Experience in analysis and testing must have the ability to lead testing efforts.

5+ years Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions technical expertise.

Highly skilled in PeopleSoft development utilities like, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, XML Publisher, PS Query and SQR reporting, as well as Fluid page development.

Must possess good technical documentation skills (technical design, unit testing documentation).

Preferred

Experience in test automation and load testing is a plus.
