Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and maintain PeopleSoft Financials applications to meet business needs. Enhance and optimize existing functionality using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
Provide critical support to maintain system stability and data integrity during the transition from PeopleSoft to IFS. Assist with data cleanup and system maintenance activities.
Utilize strong SQL programming skills to support and enhance PeopleSoft applications, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft Financials applications. Work proactively to minimize disruptions and maintain application performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations and customizations.
Partner with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements. Deliver effective, scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development.
Bachelors/Masters Degree in computer science or relevant field.
Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR.
Strong SQL programming expertise for query development and troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
