Responsibilities

Manage and maintain PeopleSoft HR modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.

Configure system settings to align with business processes and requirements.

Develop and implement customizations, interfaces, and reports using PeopleSoft tools such as PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data through audits, troubleshooting, and regular reviews.

Generate and deliver ad-hoc and standard reports using Query Manager and other reporting tools.

Work closely with HR and business units to understand system requirements and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with IT teams for system integrations and security compliance.

Provide end-user training and support, including creating user guides and documentation.

Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including new module implementations and process improvements.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience working with PeopleSoft HRIS, including functional and technical expertise.

Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools such as PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, and Application Engine.

Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and benefits administration.

Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 or higher.

Knowledge of Agile or SDLC methodologies.

Certification in PeopleSoft or related HRIS systems.

Experience with integration tools like Integration Broker or APIs.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
