Responsibilities
Analyzing performance data and metrics, consulting with SMEs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborating with department heads to define KPIs and performance targets aligned with organizational goals.
Establishing performance monitoring mechanisms and working with the BI team to develop dashboards and reports.
Identifying performance-related training needs and developing programs to enhance employee competencies.
Engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop improvement strategies.
Managing all account communications for the Account Team and Client.
Collaborating with account leadership on client reports, presentations, and training materials.
Developing and maintaining SharePoint toolbox sites.
Owning and updating the Global Procedures Manual.
Overseeing the Employee Recognition program.
Providing technology access support as TAT ASM.
Managing the Client Portal.
Acting as Smartsheet SME for ad-hoc support.
Maintaining organizational charts.
Providing additional support to account leadership as needed.
Identifying account and client quality and risk management needs.
Managing the implementation of QMS and RMS programs.
Collaborating with the account-wide team to share best practices.
Developing and implementing account quality and risk management strategy.
Maintaining systems to measure performance against established standards.
Supporting corporate ISO 9001 quality registrations and participating in audits.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance management, communications, or related roles.
Knowledge of performance management methodologies (e.g., OKRs, Balanced Scorecard).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., KPI Professional, Six Sigma).
Strong communications skills.
