Responsibilities
Develop and implement performance management processes, methodologies, and KPIs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor firm performance against goals and objectives on a regular basis
Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other team members to develop action plans for improving performance metrics.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to firm and internal stakeholders
Lead performance improvement projects and initiatives to enhance overall business outcomes.
Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management.

Required
Proven experience in managing or working with a network of legal professionals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and monitor KPIs.
Experience in working with performance exceptions and implementing corrective actions.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
