Responsibilities

Conducting deep dive analysis on marketing campaigns to track performance and provide insights across multiple platforms

Utilizing a variety of tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce) to measure and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs

Collaborating with the marketing team to create A/B test strategies for landing pages, emails, and ad copy to improve campaign performance

Auditing existing processes and recommending changes to improve data quality and reduce customer friction

Monitoring trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics to identify new opportunities for growth

Building and maintaining program segments and campaign lists in multiple systems of record

Presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to key stakeholders

Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales) to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field

3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role

Proven experience with sales, marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Thoughtspot)

Knowledge of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
