Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google, programmatic advertising, CTV, OTT, and more to achieve business objectives.
Oversee a cross-functional team, including media buyers, creative leads, funnel managers, and CRO specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on measurable results.
Monitor and optimize metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPM, and CTR to ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks and maximize efficiency.
Leverage advanced tools such as Hyros and GA4 to analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and make informed adjustments to improve ROI.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to align advertising efforts with regulatory standards and business goals.
Merge creative innovation with strategic thinking to produce ads that not only convert viewers into customers but also generate viral engagement.
Strategize and manage programmatic, CTV, and OTT campaigns while staying current on industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance and present actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders for ongoing optimization.

Required
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role.
Expertise in managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Google, with a deep understanding of media buying and budget management.
Proven success in designing and optimizing sales funnels to maximize conversions.
Strong experience with programmatic advertising, CTV, and OTT campaigns.
Proficiency in using performance tracking and analytics tools to guide data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding business objectives.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and technical teams.
Adaptable and proactive in staying ahead of industry trends and changes.
Preferred
Familiarity with traditional advertising channels, such as direct mail, is a plus.
