Responsibilities
Help scale existing channels and test into new channels to support the expansion of our paid digital program.
Own optimization of provider listings across insurance portals and influence conversion rate improvements of portal leads.
Test into new channels of interest such as YouTube, programmatic, paid social, podcast or direct mail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as partnerships, engineering, product, operations and analytics.

Required
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on digital optimization or patient acquisition strategies
2+ years of direct team management or contractor / agency oversight experience
2+ years of B2C experience
Hands-on-keyboard experience managing at least 2+ non-SEM digital channels (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic)
Experience analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs
Experience working with cross-functional teams (partnerships, engineering, product, operations and analytics)
Preferred
Proven track record of improving visibility across directories, partner-owned sites or with SEM / SEO.
Experience in the healthcare, mental health or other highly regulated space
2+ years working at a high growth startup
Proven experience scaling a channel from 0>1
