Responsibilities
Coordinate, execute, and report on vendor product campaigns with Program Managers.
Manage 10+ vendor campaigns per month, balancing quick-turn and long-term planning.
Drive sales through social media, leveraging new trends in gear and apparel.
Contribute to report recaps that drive campaign growth and optimization.
Manage the social commerce calendar for upcoming campaigns.
Maintain technical details (tagging) within social platforms.
Support daily paid social publishing and optimization.
Innovate through trends and inspiration for social commerce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer path to purchase.
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee program planning, execution, and ROI analysis.
Manage relationships with internal teams, vendors, and agencies.
Track marketing budgets for all assigned programs.

Required
Bachelor's Degree required.
4+ years of experience in retail, apparel, outdoor gear, or sporting goods industry.
4+ years of experience in purchase-focused digital/social selling ad campaigns.
4+ years of experience managing ad spend and optimizing ROAS.
Strong experience with ad platforms on all major social media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, SNAP, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager).
Proven experience in influencing customer purchases and driving sales through social media.
Experience with social selling campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest.
Ability to develop creative strategy, implement testing, and analyze data.
Strong MS Excel skills and experience in campaign analysis and reporting.
Highly collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Comfort with organizing large datasets and drawing insights.
Ability to meet deadlines and work cross-functionally with teams.
