Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of YouTube VAC campaigns, with a focus on maximizing revenue and ROI.
Implement and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative placements to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage budgets and performance targets, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated at each campaign stage.
Collaborate with the Creative team to submit asset requests and support ad optimizations.
Help create compelling, high-performing ad content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Work cross-functionally to enhance landing pages and acquisition funnels, tailoring user experiences to increase conversion rates.
Support CRO initiatives with data-driven insights, maximizing the impact of media spend.
Partner with Marketing Analytics to monitor and assess campaign performance using advanced metrics.
Utilize Tableau and Google Tag Manager for in-depth analysis, refining targeting strategies based on data insights.
As you build expertise, expand your responsibilities to include additional video and social platforms, exploring broader growth opportunities across the paid media landscape.

Required

3-5 years in performance marketing with a strong focus on YouTube Ads; experience managing seven-figure annual budgets is essential.
Skilled in YouTube Ads and familiar with paid social platforms; understanding of video campaign management within a high-growth environment.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Tableau and a solid understanding of tracking and measurement with Google Tag Manager.
Able to work effectively with creative and cross-functional teams, contributing to cohesive, high-impact ad campaigns.
