Responsibilities
Design and execute paid media strategies across key digital marketing channels
Oversee campaign setup, management, and optimization while adhering to client budgets and achieving KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs.
Identify and implement growth opportunities, such as expanding audience targeting, A/B testing creative assets and scaling campaigns effectively.
Communicate performance insights, strategic recommendations, and results to your team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with leadership to create cohesive, data-driven marketing strategies and budgets that support sound growth.
Produce, analyze, and present reporting dashboards highlighting metrics, trends, and actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Partner with an eCommerce specialist to mesh A/B testing on Meta with Website A/B testing of landing pages and PDP
Stay updated on changes and trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and paid media.
Proactively incorporate new tactics into campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
Meet with advertising channel account reps on a bi-weekly basis, and navigate their recommendations with our business needs and realities.
Act as a resource for troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns across all platforms and formats.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $5M annually.
Strong expertise in campaign management across search, shopping, PMAX, display, video, and social media ads.
Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and internal reporting platforms to drive insights.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced remote environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients and team members.
Experience with paid media campaigns across multiple platforms: 5 years (Required)
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Ads: 3 years (Required)
Experience in Marketing: 5 years (Required)
