Responsibilities
Create, execute, and oversee impactful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time, using data-driven insights to maximize ROAS, reduce CPA, and drive conversion rates.
Analyze performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and generate regular reports to inform stakeholders of key metrics, including traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Effectively manage and allocate the marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI on marketing spend while identifying new opportunities for scale.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new marketing platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing approach remains competitive.

Required
At least 8 years of experience in the health & wellness ecommerce direct to consumer market industry
Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth in a digital-focused or e-commerce setting.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other key digital marketing platforms.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights, and communicate findings clearly to inform decisions.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
