Performance Marketing Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the performance marketing space, targeting businesses seeking to optimize their digital advertising spend.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client companies.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives and pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations that effectively demonstrate the value of our performance marketing solutions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Attend trade shows (8-10 times per year)

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of 2-5 years in sales within the performance marketing space, with a strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPC, and CPI.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong demonstration of communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Resourceful - Great at solving unstructured problems with little to no supervision in a fast-paced, high stakes environment; Ability to boil complex business challenges down to digestible and actionable business.
Team Player - Demonstrates a strong ability to contribute to the business along with business unit team members and managers; establish collaborative relationships with peers.
Problem Solver: Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred
Experience with co-registration marketing is preferred but not required.
General understanding of SQL preferred.
