Responsibilities

Execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic networks to drive e-commerce sales
Optimize paid search, social, video, display and CTV campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Develop and manage keyword strategies for search engine marketing (SEM).
Assist in the creation of ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts and drive engagement.
Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities and addressing challenges to maintain efficiency and ROI.
Create reporting dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and internal reporting platforms.
Analyze industry trends, competitor campaigns, and seasonal outdoor activity patterns to inform marketing strategies.
Traffic text, display and video ads for multiple brands and platforms
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and best practice.
Suggest website enhancements to enhance product selling.
Suggest product promotions to maximize product sell through based on performance marketing data.

Preferred

Knowledge of or previous experience in the Hunting, Fishing and Outdoors industry is an asset.
