Responsibilities
Ensure 100% of campaigns are delivered in full, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
Maintain or grow paid budgets campaign over campaign by delivering exceptional results and recommendations.
Conduct deep creative analyses, surfacing actionable insights and identifying meaningful trends over time.
QA media plans and campaign builds to ensure alignment with objectives and flawless execution.
Support strategist-level team members with daily tasks to optimize campaign success.
Regularly propose and test new ad formats, platforms, and targeting techniques to remain at the forefront of paid social strategies.
Monitor industry trends and platform updates, implementing innovative approaches to maximize performance.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and industry regulations, mitigating risks promptly.
Share insights, case studies, and successes from campaigns to position the team and agency as leaders in paid social advertising.

Required
5+ years experience directly running Meta advertising campaigns
3+ experience directly running TikTok advertising campaigns
Ideal candidate has experience with YouTube, Pinterest, Snap, etc.
Execute in-platform media buys including ads trafficking and tracking set up (UTM codes, pixel tracking, client MMP links) and ensure campaigns deliver in full in accordance with the SOW and client expectations
Delegate in-platform set up tasks to DM strategists with QA and strategy support
Ability to deliver sound paid strategies and accurate media plan projections to support business objectives and client goals
Identify in-flight optimization opportunities to increase performance over time
Proactively brings incremental opportunities forward to internal team for client consideration
Builds trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients by delivering on time, high quality work
Familiarity and basic ability to run conversion campaigns with an appetite to increase performance and ROAS over time
Follows QA, pacing and internal workflow processes while proactively identifying process improvements
Presents paid strategies confidently in pitch calls
Compelling recap creation based on campaign data analysis tying back to consumer insights and campaign testing questions
