Responsibilities

Concise and efficient communication of requirements to various third parties including government agencies, homeowner associations, and operations teams.

Assist with version control and ensuring permit packages are meeting customer specifications.

Act as the main point of contact for permit inquiries, feedback, and revisions to internal and external stakeholders for the assigned territory.

Leverage data & reporting to track, improve, and provide transparency into performance.

Required

3-5 years experience in permitting or project management

Prior experience in project management and highly organized with the ability to manage and balance many complex projects at once

Ability to overcome objections and problem-solve quickly to ensure prompt issuance of permits

Excited about working with fast-paced, constantly evolving processes -- and be comfortable with ambiguity

Comfortable with pivoting between projects & responsibilities

Preferred

Experience working in public works, utilities, or government agencies
