Responsibilities

Provide support to planning processes by which all Virtual Training Development (VTD)-related training exercises are developed following specified timelines and planning and execution of Government-selected event(s) leveraging VTD

Prepare, document, and maintain after action reports (AAR) for each event supported.

Apply specialized subject matter expertise of VTD systems in the community and identify operational use cases to further increase efficiency and assessment accuracy.

Provide configuration management of any deliverable supplied to the Government to ensure stability and consistency of the training products.

Provide Modeling & Simulation (M&S) field advisory expertise focused on the infusion of VTD capabilities with other M&S functional areas (other than training).

Provide M&S field advisory support to the planning and execution of VTD simulation-related events/demonstrations consistent with all applicable military service doctrine, DoD directives, Federal guidelines, authoritative guidance, and DoD regulations.

Participate in planning conferences and exercises/events.

Support product development, evaluations and create recommendations for the acceptance of instructor-led and self-paced training supporting NIWDC-sponsored cyber/IT-related courses.

Assist with coordinating the training delivery schedule consistent with product selection and the approved fielding schedule

Conduct post exercise effectiveness analysis and evaluations on all cyber-related exercises
