Responsibilities

Proactively own and manage robust caseload effectively to meet internal stakeholder and external partner deadlines and serve as the subject matter expert for personal injury cases originating in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire

Managing claimant relationship as the primary point of contact during the pre-litigation phase

Being open to, providing feedback on, and making suggestions for process improvements

Acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers before the commencement of litigation

Negotiating with claims adjusters

Obtaining information & documentation necessary to evaluate bodily injury claims

Creating and maintaining an internal database

Requesting medical and billing records

Preparing settlement demand packages

Reviewing files with supervising manager, paralegals, and attorneys
