Responsibilities
Working closely with the Personal Lines team.
Taking phone calls, issuing ID cards, endorsements, and tasks follow ups.
Participating in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
Contributing to a positive workplace environment
Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Required
Should have knowledge of microsoft products and tech savy.
Detail oriented, and efficient with time management necessary.
Preferred
Licensing would be a benefit but not necessary.
AMS360 and ImageRight a big plus.
