Responsibilities

Build and maintain Looker/Tableau dashboards and scorecards focused on activity, trends and opportunities across the pharma channel

Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and product owners to proactively communicate, and clearly articulate, outcomes, insights, and recommendations. Align with members of the leadership teams to understand business requirements, trends and expectations for analysis.

Develop innovative approaches to manipulate data sets in a way that enables pharma clients to see patterns and trends. Produce ad-hoc reports for various client requests.

Support, troubleshoot and resolve BI issues from end users. Monitor daily and weekly inbound and outbound data feed exchanges to ensure on time delivery and complete and accurate data; and diagnose inbound/outbound file issues through a documented quality control process.

Prepare for and participate in client analytics meetings as the data/reporting expert – pre and post sales

Work collaboratively with the Data & Analytics team to ensure dashboards and reports are commercially relevant. Develop and maintain statistical SOPs
