Responsibilities
Coordinate operational and clinical workflows to meet patient care needs
Design and implement safety and performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with leaders across departments to address and improve practices
Provide expert consultation and education to influence optimal medication management
Oversee resident and student rotations, ensuring development and performance expectations are met

Required
Must hold a pharmacist license issued by the state in which the team member practices
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in specialty residency training or pharmacy
Specialty certification required, to be obtained within one year of hire for external candidates
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Preferred
Experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration and conflict resolution
Advanced skills in a specific area of practice, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth
Life support training courses may be beneficial depending on department discretion
Proven ability to provide training and development for team members
