Responsibilities

Perform duties to support the development, coordination, and maintenance of the pharmacy program.
Review pharmacy benefit/formulary setup and testing (new and year over year).
Conduct pharmacy claims analysis.
Update and maintain multiple logs.
Review Impact Reports.
Follow up on issues for updates.
Conduct member and/or pharmacy outreach.
Claims analysis.
Create member letters.
Create remediation samples.
Create Issue Summaries.

Pharmacy ExperienceManaged Care EnvironmentProblem SolvingAnalytical SkillsVerbal CommunicationWritten Communication Manage DeliverablesPharmacy Technician License

Required

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of Pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care environment
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong problem solving, and analytical skills required
Ability to manage deliverables in a high pace environment

Preferred

Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license
