Responsibilities
Teach a comprehensive Pharmacy Technician curriculum aligned with national certification standards.
Cover core topics such as:
Drug Distribution and Inventory Control
Therapeutic Issues and Pharmacy Law
Prescription Compounding and Patient Safety
Pharmacy Operations, Calculations, and Drug Repackaging
Preparation of Sterile Products and Patient Interaction
Utilize online platforms like Moodle for synchronous and asynchronous learning.
Create an engaging virtual classroom environment using tools like Zoom , Kahoot , and Visual Body to maximize student retention and interest.
Record and archive all classes for student review.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their personal and professional growth.
Ensure students are well-prepared for the national certification exam upon course completion.

Required
Relevant experience in the healthcare/pharmacy industry.
Proficiency in pharmacy technician standards and operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience integrating technology (e.g., augmented reality) into the learning process.
