Responsibilities
Assess and manage a variety of patient populations, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
Provide clinical advice and virtual visits based on Patient Gateway messages
Place orders for testing, vaccines, referrals, or refills, following established protocols
Collaborate with PCPs, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative support to ensure patient care
Maintain accessibility after hours for urgent test results and respond to time-sensitive information

Required
Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies
Certified Physician Assistant (State License) required upon hire
Fluency in Spanish and experience with pediatric patients
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a physician assistant strongly preferred
Experience in a primary care setting
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Additional certifications relevant to pediatric care
Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
Previous experience in a remote work environment
