Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top physician talent.

Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, networking events, and campus recruitment.

Utilize HRIS and other recruitment tools such as Salesforce to manage candidate information and track recruitment progress.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.

Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates while ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.

Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and support.

Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
