Responsibilities

Provides beginning through advanced pickleball instruction for players of all levels and ages.

Assists in promoting and conducting pickleball clinics, lessons, special events, and programs.

Develops safe and comprehensive pickleball lessons to encourage continued involvement.

Supervises play, ensures proper fee charging, and enforces club rules.

Ensures students understand pickleball rules, scoring, safety, and etiquette.

Responds to member/guest inquiries professionally and tactfully.

Incorporates safe work practices and maintains regular attendance.

Performs other duties as required.

Required

High School diploma or GED

Minimum 1-year experience teaching pickleball lessons to adults and juniors of various levels

Preferred

Ability to read and speak English

Skill level equivalent to a minimum 4.0 USTA rating

Basic computer and email skills

Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude

Ability to build positive relationship with members and team members

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task and learn quickly

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Thorough knowledge of the game of Pickleball

Effective teaching styles and techniques
