Responsibilities
Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor’s management staff within the area of responsibility.
Role supports on mid-size projects of medium to high complexity with multiple stakeholders’ involvement.
Monitors subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements.
Reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules.
Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements.
Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management.
Supports Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.
Coordinates engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals.
Coordinates with Design on constructability issues.

Required
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
Oversees, coordinates and reports field activities of construction subcontracts
Participates in the development and implementation of level 4 and level 5 project schedules
Reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
Oversees the coordination with other subcontractors and external stakeholders (or subcontractors) to plan construction schedules
Monitors the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
Oversees the development of Commodity Installation means and methods
Preferred
The ideal candidate has previous datacenter experience and has worked in a variety of delivery models including EPC and EPCM
