Responsibilities
Consistently updates system and status report to keep all parties informed during the onboarding process.
Ensures internal completion of tasks by the scheduled due date.
Provide hand-off to the appropriate relationship manager to ensure a smooth transition for the client.
Document preparation will often be completed by reviewing and mapping a client's prior plan document.
Discuss any routine plan document-related issues with Relationship Managers or clients.
Offer suggestions to address non-supported plan provisions or plan design improvements.
Prepare and submit plan change requests in support of executed plan documents.
Identify procedures, methodologies, and process improvements to enhance the growing business unit.
Must have the ability to understand legal documents clearly.
Utilize appropriate verbal and written communication techniques in a professional manner.

Required
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for top-notch customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A keen eye for detail, compliance, and accuracy.
Must have the ability to understand legal documents clearly.
Preferred
Preferred minimum of 2-3 years of experience with retirement plan documents.
