Responsibilities
Track merchandising and promotional guidelines to enable standardized annual trade planning expectations with sales and finance
Partner with Sales & Marketing to maintain a consensus-based forecast.
Regularly update forecast tools with actual sales from various data systems across distributors, scan data, and customer specific.
Be an input/part owner of the transition from manual forecasting to an integrated trade software-driven forecasting process when a migration is required in the future
Track post promotion ROI analysis and learnings tied to trade management in coordination with Category Strategy
Evaluation of all pricing strategies to deliver on company financial goals, while driving the best in market growth scenarios consistent with customer and channel dynamics
Develop processes and reporting to improve inputs to production planning
Partner with the Category Strategy Lead to ensure continuous trade and pricing work is implemented into the Category Strategy work.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and/or 4+ years of experience in sales, analytics, trade, marketing or related field preferred
4+ years previous experience specifically with first generation Excel based planning tools, trade management software and strategy/planning
Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective
Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
Solid understanding of sales and trade specific methods / techniques
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Experience successfully working in and thriving with both small scaling and large brands
Ability to make decisions and work with limited supervision
Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
Proficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good oral and written skills
