Responsibilities
Compare, examine, and comprehend customer EV products and processes to merge with manufacturing system.
Create/modify the manufacturing system to achieve EV Contract Manufacturing goals.
Incorporate Voice of the Customer into inputs and outputs of the manufacturing system.
Create sustainable lean manufacturing system using industry best practices.
Support Industrial Standardization group in defining best practices in construction and project management.
Provide technical support to maintenance, production, and engineering departments.
Implement data-driven decisions to optimize quality, cost, and efficiency.
Provide strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction engineering, and project management principles.
Incorporate product and process changes with internal customers.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Engineering or similar degree from an accredited college or university is required or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive engineering or construction engineering is required.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCad, Solidworks, Catia, etc.) is required.
Ability to prepare, modify, read and interpret drawings/technical requirements/specifications.
Experience with vehicle manufacturing processes or automotive paint process is required.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
The successful candidate for this position must have a broad technical background with the ability to work with engineering, manufacturing, and customers across a wide variety of issues.
Must be self-directed with exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; Strong project management skills to keep team and actions on track to completion.
Proven experience working with new equipment installation and existing manufacturing system modification.
Demonstrate hands-on approach, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
Motivated to learn and develop incredible on-the-job experience.
