Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with ML Engineers and Data Scientists as well as the Data Platform and Backend Engineering teams to maximize the impact of ML.
Take ownership of existing frameworks and build next-generation tools for model development, deployment, and operation.
Create robust systems that ensure efficiency, reliability, and self-service for technical teams.
Elevate the infrastructure supporting high-impact features and applications utilized by a vast user base.

Required
Demonstrated success in creating high-reliability systems and delivering scalable solutions in complex environments.
Advanced skills in Python, with a solid grasp of cloud services like AWS or similar.
Experience working with tools and frameworks such as Docker, Kafka, Redis, DynamoDB, Snowflake, and SQL.
Familiarity with machine learning workflows and technologies, with hands-on exposure to frameworks such as PyTorch, XGBoost, or Scikit-Learn being advantageous.
5+ years of relevant experience.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently and manage increasing responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
