Responsibilities

Configure and build applications following industry standards for ServiceNow

Develop high-quality, efficient code aligned with platform vendor roadmap

Design business logic and integration patterns with Prudential Ecosystem

Write tests, research and solve problems, and stay updated on technologies

Work on complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables

Develop, configure, and deliver solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Attend meetings to gather requirements and offer solutions

Support defining future stories and technical designs

Required

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields

2-3 years of hands-on experience of with ServiceNow Development

Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges

Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills

Core Platforms & Languages: Javascript, XML, JSON

Application Programming Interfaces (API): REST, SOAP

Unit, interface and end user testing concepts and tooling (functional & non-functional)

Knowledge with ServiceNow administration, development and troubleshooting

Configuration and administration of core capabilities, data model, integrations, security, access control

Experience with agile development methodologies

Preferred

ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management experience

ServiceNow System Admin certification
