Responsibilities
Lead and shape the platform engineering practice, defining methodologies, best practices, and standards for client engagements.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Oversee technical solution design, ensuring platform solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
Lead platform engineering teams, recruiting, mentoring, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform engineering solutions with broader organizational goals.
Manage client engagements, ensuring projects are scoped accurately, delivered on time, and meet client expectations.
Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, providing guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required
Demonstrated experience leading platform engineering teams in IT services or consulting environments.
Proven track record in scoping, designing, and delivering complex platform engineering projects for clients across various industries.
Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Ability to drive strategic vision while maintaining a hands-on, technical approach to solution design and project oversight.
Experience in developing and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of security best practices for platform engineering, including IAM, network security, and data protection.
8+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering, with experience in scoping, designing, and delivering platform solutions.
Strong experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred
AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator
Relevant certifications in DevOps or cloud platforms
