Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day activities of the PCC team
Work with Founder to supplement team capacity as required;
Track tasks and performance;
Develop systems to improve workflow;
Identify resources to support the organization’s social impact mission.
Perform Outreach meetings in each municipality on an ongoing basis;
Prescreen, assess, and remediate employment candidates through an interview process;
Ensure resumes are created and uploaded to the PCC Portal;
Track and monitor predevelopment and construction period hiring practices;
Track and monitor permanent employee tenure and candidate case management in coordination with non-profit partner WFL Collective™;
Perform Outreach meetings in each municipality NREUV works in on an ongoing basis;
Prescreen, assess, and remediate potential contractors and vendors through an interview process;
Manage Contractor and Vendor database;
Track and monitor predevelopment and construction period hiring practices;
Cultivate relationships with employers;
Track and monitor hiring practices.
Manage software developers to implement online system and phone app improvements;
Work with partners and clients to ensure they have access to data and reporting from the PCC system.

Analytical Skills, Communication, and Project Management
Team Management and Team Leadership
Experience in economic development or real estate industry
Demonstrated ability to manage a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
